Our Services
Form I-693 Immigration Medical Exam
The Form I-693 is the required medical examination for adjustment of status and other immigration processes. Exams are performed by a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon and completed in full compliance with USCIS requirements.
Form N-648 — Disability Exception Certification
Form N-648 is used to request an exemption from the English and/or civics requirements for naturalization due to a qualifying medical condition.

For patients who are unable to come to the office or prefer a private setting, we offer immigration medical exams in the comfort of your home.

Home visits are available by appointment and eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
